My wife and I grow microgreens for Tulsa and surrounding towns. We used to only sell at Cherry Street Farmers Market (now Tulsa Farmers Market) and the Rose District Farmers Market but they are both indefinitely closed. We also used to sell direct to consumers by special request and to half a dozen high end restaurants which are now closed. But we adapted! We added online sales to our business and we now make home deliveries on Fridays and Saturdays! The delivery is free for orders of $20.00 or more, otherwise the fee is $5.00.
Our microgreens are edible and used in salads, soups, sandwiches, wraps, egg dishes, avocado toast, tacos, pizza, etc. They are considered superfoods because they are between 4 and 40 times more nutritious than their mature vegetable counterpart. One package of our broccoli (a little less than an ounce) has the nutritional equivalent of two pounds of broccoli! We offer: arugula, broccoli, red cabbage, kale, kohlrabi, peas, radish mix, salad mix, spicy salad mix, and sunflowers. Everything is priced at $5.00.
We will be featuring one item each week as a sale item and will focus on its particular benefits and uses.
